ISC Announces a New Self-Charging Battery

The June/July 2004 issue of Electronic Products & Technology contained an announcement from Inventions Submission Corporation (ISC), Pittsburgh PA that two Fort Wayne IN inventors have created a self-charging replacement for rechargeable batteries. The invention “recharges without the use of special equipment or electrical current and can be produced in all standard battery sizes.” We tried to investigate the authenticity of this announcement but were unable to obtain further information.
