ISC announces a new self-charging battery

Can a battery self-charge itself?

The June/July 2004 issue of Electronic Products & Technology contained an announcement from Inventions Submission Corporation (ISC), Pittsburgh PA that two Fort Wayne IN inventors have created a self-charging replacement for rechargeable batteries. The invention "recharges without the use of special equipment or electrical current and can be produced in all standard battery sizes."
